Can I use Neo for free?
Yes. Neo chat is available to signed-in users on every plan, with daily usage limits. Web search and image creation or editing are paid-plan features. Humanizer and AI detector access follow your account's plan and usage limits.
How does Neo compare with other AI chat models?
Neo is built for the same everyday work people bring to leading AI assistants: writing, reasoning, research, and understanding files. Its particular focus is natural, human writing. Different models have different strengths, so try Neo with a task you know well and judge the answer for yourself.
Is Neo built from scratch?

What can I upload?
Neo can work with PDFs, scanned documents, images, and audio. OCR helps it read text from scans and images. Ask it to explain what a file contains, summarize it, or use it as the starting point for a draft. File and usage limits apply.
Do I need to choose a thinking mode or tool?
No. Describe what you need in normal language. Neo adapts its thinking to the task and can use the tools available on your plan. You can also ask directly for a web search, an image, a humanized draft, or an AI check.
What is the difference between Neo and Ultra?
Neo is the chat model for conversations, ideas, writing, and work with files. Ultra is Phrasly's specialist humanizer for rewriting existing text. Neo can use the humanizer within a conversation, with Ultra available to eligible accounts. Access and usage follow your plan.
Does every Neo answer use the humanizer?
No. Neo is optimized for natural writing on its own. The humanizer is a separate tool that Neo can use when you ask to humanize text. A chat response is not automatically a humanizer run or a guarantee of any detector result.
